If you have any questions about the Bible studies

(what will be a good fit, who are the teachers, etc.)

please just email Pastor Jacob at Jacob@FBCSpringfield.org.)

Sunday Morning Studies

Sunday Morning Bible Study classes are available for adults at any age and stage of life.  There are 4 departments that are loosely organized by age with multiple classes in most of the departments.  Most classes use the Explore the Bible material produced by Lifeway which allows adults to systematically study the ever-relevant Word of God.  Other classes alternate between topical and book studies based upon teacher and class preference.

Classes meet at 9:15AM while next generation classes are also being conducted.  The best way to get more information on Sunday Morning Bible Study is to contact the church office via the "Questions" box at the bottom of the page, or to schedule a tour with a guest connections specialist.

Wednesday Evenings

The Growth Institute: The Growth Institute exists to help grow disciples by sharpening their biblical and theological convictions by studying four specific disciplines: Bible Survey/Hermeneutics, Systematic Theology, Church History, and Practical Theology.

This spring semester (January through May), we will be conducting an extensive study on the topic of hermenutics (the art and science of studying the Bible).  Participants will be asked to do some independent reading. Contact Pastor Jacob if you have any question.

We meet at 6:45pm for corporate worship and then start divide into our appropriate groups.

Wednesday Morning

Women's Friday Morning Studies: This group will meets from 9:30-11:15AM during the school year.   Free childcare is provided.
